Welcome to my new blog!

I studied at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition and throughout my training I was fascinated by how food, lifestyle choices and the environment can alter health outcomes – be it positively or negatively!

I am still as fascinated today as I was thirteen years ago and I have specialised in creating health and wellbeing content that not only gives insight into factors involved but also provides useful, practical solutions.

For more than a decade I have worked with practitioners, businesses and charitable organisations to develop engaging and informative content including blog posts, articles, eBooks and education courses.

So, why start my own blog now?

Why not? I wholeheartedly believe that having the right information can motivate and empower people to make changes that help them to achieve optimal health.

I have prioritised a little time to develop my own blog which I plan on filling with diverse and informative posts covering topics such as food, nutrients, lifestyle, and wellbeing. I will delve into what may be impacting your health and detailing how you can make positive changes.
